I didn't know I needed acupuncture in my life. The relief I have felt after years of living with migraines, neck and shoulder tension/pain and even my digestion. After 4 sessions but really after 2, I've noticed I'm sleeping better/longer, haven't had to take migraine or pain meds to mitigate the constant pain and noticed increased energy level.
