I called on Thursday and got an appointment for 8 to 10 AM the next day. Don was there before 8, which worked out well for me. He was very nice and seem knowledgeable about the system, he also provided me some info that was wrong with my system. My hvac was blowing hot air and my house was 80+ degrees. Well it worked out good for me because it wasn't anything major. My house got cooler before the end of the day. I would recommend Doc Savage again.
I had a fantastic experience with Doc Savage when they replaced my HVAC coil. They offered a great price and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Brandon, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. A few years back I had a AC replacement put in by Doc Savage and when other AC needed service this time, I only called Doc Savage. During my current visit there was some communication issues that I addressed with the office aministration manager and she directed me to Troy the office manager. Troy listend to my concerns and acted immediately. The next technician that came was exceptional. Robert immediately put me at ease and ensured that all my questions were answered.
