I was looking for a personal trainer, as I had noticed changes to my body since I turned 40. I was referred to Demetrius and Victoria and it has been just what I was looking for. Victoria talked to me about my goals, and through thoughtfully prepared workouts and diet education we are working to achieve them. The facility is private and clean, with all the equipment we need. I have never felt uncomfortable during my work outs as it’s usually just me and her. Victoria has been knowledgable, flexible with my schedule, motivating, while always monitoring my technique to prevent injury. I highly recommend you give it a try and make the investment in yourself!

Victoria and Demetrius are definitely the best personal trainers in the area. The facility is always clean and has plenty of equipment options. I’ve been a client of Victoria for almost 2 years. She pays attention to what the clients body is doing and make the appropriate adjustments. She is very accommodating with my crazy schedule as a mom if 4 and my job as a nurse. She has helped me significantly. The first few months of training I lost 30lbs. Now she has helped me maintain the weight and continue to build muscle. I feel so much better about myself and my continued growth thanks to Victoria! This place is the best and the people are great!

I started going to this gym 2 years ago, after having had 5 back surgeries. Victoria has helped me to regain strength and endurance as well as being improving my balance and agility. She has also improved my diet and physique, as well as being a superb motivator.
