I was pleasantly surprised with the service this company supplied. A very nice lady went over the machine extensively. She explained everything about the functions, the set up and , the use. The machine itself has been a game changer for me, I feel so much better its unbelievable. Iv only used it for 2 nights.

I needed oxygen and it was brought to the hospital for me. I was told the concentrator would be delivered to my house and it came to the hospital too. I explained why that would not work. I did receive the concentrator thaw same day delivered to my home by Chris. He was so helpful getting it set up and making sure I knew just how everything works. Good people always make a good company! Chris made my experience great!!

Very professional! Mona was very well informed and communicated well. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Valencia listened to my questions about my insurance and was able to rectify some initial confusion. All in all this was a very thorough and pleasant experience.
