I was pleasantly surprised with the service this company supplied. A very nice lady went over the machine extensively. She explained everything about the functions, the set up and , the use. The machine itself has been a game changer for me, I feel so much better its unbelievable. Iv only used it for 2 nights.
I needed oxygen and it was brought to the hospital for me. I was told the concentrator would be delivered to my house and it came to the hospital too. I explained why that would not work. I did receive the concentrator thaw same day delivered to my home by Chris. He was so helpful getting it set up and making sure I knew just how everything works.
