First, my call to Budget Sewer Service was answered by Ms. Lisa and this gal was polite and friendly and I’d like that to be noted. She is an asset to this company.
Perhaps you could spare her for a few hours a week to train those folks working at the Veteran’s Administration on how to speak with people on the phone - just a thought.
Next, Antonio responded to my call and was equally as friendly and was able to diagnose my drainage issues within minutes. I thank them both.
I will recommend this company to anyone who requires this service. Again, thank you. A+ —— Shop here!
