My dog Buddy had a cancerous mass removed and I needed to know if everything had been removed. I had the consultation with Dr. Rossman who was kind and very knowledgeable about Buddy’s health. He explained her situation and what was best to do. He was not rushed and encouraged questions about anything I didn’t know or understand. Having a pet with a serious illness is heartbreaking and it helps to have medical care staff that is compassionate as well as knowledgeable. I recommend the staff at Blue Pearl if you all need help for your fur babies.

I spoke with Christine, Maddie and Madison when making our consultation appointment and all three of them were super helpful and attentive. Karen greeted us in the room with our dog Bentley and she was professional and compassionate. Dr. Rossman was genuinely concerned about helping us make the right choice for our Bentley. He didn’t rush us, gave us very detailed information about Bentleys diagnosis and let us ask many questions. He let us know we could reach him by phone if we needed him. I felt heard and appreciated how supportive your staff was.

Our dog had to have an unexpected surgery we were referred to Blue Pearl by our Vet. I could not have been more pleased with the care we and our pet received from them. The office is friendly caring and extremely well run. I highly recommend them.
