Valarie, Carlos, Angel, and the entire team at Blue Crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Deciding to build a pool is a significant investment, and we were initially nervous and uncertain about the process. Our first meeting with Carlos immediately put us at ease. He met with us at our home and took the time to truly understand our vision. After meeting with several builders, it was clear that none provided the level of attention, care, and thoughtfulness that Carlos did. That personal approach ultimately led us to choose Blue Crew for our project. The next phase brought us to their design studio, where our ideas truly came to life. With Valarie guiding us through design and cost considerations, Angel translating our vision into detailed renderings, and Carlos advising on the technical execution, we collaboratively created a pool and outdoor living space that exceeded our expectations. Construction began promptly and remained on schedule throughout the project. At one point, we requested a change to the grading of our backyard. Rather than being overwhelmed or dismissive, the team evaluated our options and made it happen. Their willingness to pivot and problem-solve ensured that our backyard became exactly what we envisioned. This level of flexibility and commitment to overdelivering was consistent throughout the entire process. Communication was another area where Blue Crew truly excelled. We were kept informed at every stage of the project and were never caught off guard. Their transparency and responsiveness gave us complete confidence throughout the build. Once construction was complete, Blue Crew ensured everything was fully operational, including proper equipment setup and chemical balancing. They also provided a comprehensive owner’s manual containing contract details, materials used, warranties, maintenance guidelines, and contact information—an invaluable resource for pool ownership. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The process was far smoother and more stress-free than we ever anticipated, which speaks volumes about Blue Crew’s professionalism and care. Although we know challenges likely arose behind the scenes, the team handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. We never felt like just another project; we were treated like family. Nearly a year after completion, Blue Crew continues to stand behind their work. Recently, when we had a question about our pebble finish, Valarie was at our home the very next morning with answers and support. Their commitment does not end when the project is finished. There are many pool builders capable of creating beautiful spaces, but what truly sets Blue Crew apart is the exceptional care, attention to detail, and ongoing support they provide. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and would recommend them without hesitation.

We never thought that building a pool was going to be so stress free. Engineers and professionals at BlueCrewCo are the best of the best on what they do with a team of experts in every department.We can’t be happier with the final product, our pool is better than what we imagine it would be. Blue Crew did an awesome job on my project. Full custom pool and patio that matched the plans and 3D rendering, full controls suite, and left the construction site clean after. They delivered exactly as promised, which I hear is not common among pool builders. Definitely don't more business with this team in the future as I continue renovating my back yard. Thanks team!!
