The customer service was great. Keyla was very nice and very accommodating. My only complaint is that the final price was not what was listed or quoted on the website or in the salon. The blowout was listed as $50 - to my understanding, included shampoo and conditioner. I was later told that was an additional charge. I never experienced that at a salon because I’ve always had my hair shampooed and conditioned as part of my service. The haircut was listed as $20. I paid $75 plus the $25 deposit. Needless to say I was not happy with the final cost. Because I expected to pay what was listed/quoted in writing.

I had such a great experience at BB Salon! I have 4C coarse, coily hair, and Rosa did an amazing job. She got my hair super straight without losing its natural body, and it’s stayed that way even with me working out. The entire staff was so kind and professional, which made the visit even better. I highly recommend BB Salon if you want sleek, healthy-looking hair with long-lasting results!
