Absolutely amazing company. The windows are great quality installation was a breeze couple of hiccups. They fixed it right away. Johnny has been amazing. Mandy has been amazing and all of Butch and his clan recommend window and doors in Augusta to absolutely anybody and I would use them again.
They stand by their product. Had service work done and they were pleasant, quick and fixed the problem - no charge. That's SERVICE. That's a company I want to recommend to friends. Excellent!
Had a great experience with Barrett! None of the windows in our house would stay up. I spoke with several other contractors and was told that the windows needed to be replaced. I called Barrett the guys came out and immediately diagnosed what was wrong. The Balance Shoes were failing in all of the windows in our house. They had to order the parts. My only complaint was that I did have to call a few weeks later to check and see if the parts came in. They scheduled us right away on the call though.
Cole and Gene showed up on time, were very professional and repaired all 22 windows in a hour. The price was reasonable too! Thank you so much now we can open our windows...read full review
