The salesmen were very professional. Carlos and Rashad were on time. I just did not like the “the quote last for only thirty days. On the phone, the intake personnel let me to believe the quote was good for a year.
Nevertheless, I am openminded and will look into other quotes. Alside had a formidable product and am still considering the option

Today, GM, Drew Pye took the time to meet with me; listened, was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. I wasn't thrilled with the increase, since my previous contract just 14 months ago, but he was helpful, reassuring and made me confident ALL will be better. My initial visit was with Steve Leedom to discuss/plan installation of a walk-in shower in my home. This is something that I have saved up for and at 70 years of age, I believe is my safest option for bathing. My dog is 60 pounds, and I can't lift her into my current tub, but she can walk into the shower with me, and we can skip the grooming bills!
Mr. Steve Leedom was a pleasure to meet and work with. He is so knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him about the different pros & cons. I could have made costly mistakes without the benefit of his guidance.
