Wait times too long, seems like they are way over booked. I sat in there with my daughter over 2 hours and we’ve never experienced anything like this before. This was our first time here and the experience was not pleasant to say the least

We have had no issues with the service thus far, and the staff are pleasant and professional. Even though it is usually very crowded, the wait time has improved a great deal over the last year.

To be honest, I let the negative reviews allow me to form an opinion on this place. What I would recommend to other people who see these negative reviews, form an opinion of your own. My son got his teeth extracted today, and it was a great experience for him. I am usually very critical of places, but it was a pleasant experience for me. The ladies at the front are very professional and respectful. And the ladies in the back are as well. ?
