The atmosphere at the salon was great. The employees were friendly and very welcoming. The space was clean, and the lighting was excellent. They also offered snacks and water/juice. Quenya is a great stylist who educates her client and is knowledgeable about scalp and hair health. My silk press came out bouncy and flowy. I absolutely love it.

From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt completely taken care of. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall vibe made the entire appointment such a great experience. She really took the time to understand my hair and worked with it so effortlessly — I’ve never felt more confident during an appointment. The custom color is absolutely stunning and the cut is flawless. My hair feels healthy, silky, and full of life. Truly worth every penny — I’ll definitely be back!

Jayla at Atypical Slay Salon will get you all the way together. She does my quick weave with closure installs with the hair provided by the salon. The quality of their hair is great. There’s no shedding and it is full. Everyone in the salon is nice and always welcoming. I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. Thank you Jayla ❤️
