Atlas installed a new a/c unit in my home recently. They did an excellent job and repaired the ductwork to ensure that the airflow was efficient. Brandon came out first and explained in detail what was wrong with my very old a/c unit. He explained all options with me and the costs for repair and replacement. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. It was less expensive to replace the unit. He also explained the 6 months no finance charge plan with me. That worked out perfectly as well. Then came Nick, Owen, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Kyle to complete the work. The office staff, Vanessa. My air went out in this 90+ degree heat and needed a part. Michelle in the office is a miracle worker and was able to get us scheduled to fit my emergency needs in a tight turn around. Give her a bonus!
Brandon came out to my house on a call to give me a quote for a new system, he was the most honest and informational technician I've ever experienced. Extremely nice guy, very respectful, definitely sealed the deal for me on who I'll call if I ever have any future issues with my system. 6 stars if I could, thank you Brandon!
