Friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. Very clean facilities all around. Waiting room was peaceful but not silent. Didn’t feel like a number or a nuisance and that is rare in the medical industry today.
First time patient here but not my first rodeo with an MRI. the ladies at the front desk are polite and very welcoming. I did not have a long wait time, I checked in and was brought back almost immediately. I expressed to both techs that I was nervous about contrast as the last time I had it at another facility, it made my arm feel hot and burned. Both ladies were so comforting, reassuring and patient with me. MRI went by quickly, listening to music during definitely helped calm my nerves. The techs kept me informed every step of the way until the end. Highly recommend AHI & staff. Thank you for caring for me.
This place is amazing. They have premium care, service and technology. They took a difficult situation (car accident issues) and made me feel comforted and supported. Stephanie was so professional and helpful. Could not be happier with how I was treated.
