I had a wonderful experience with Air NOW and the technician Deric. He was on time and very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them for all you heating and air needs.
We have nothing but postive things to say about Air Now and our technician, Jamey. We called afterhours and were seen the same day. We also had a thermostat replaced on a seperate occasion. Jamey was awesome. He was nothing but respectful, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable, we've had no issues since, but if we do, we'll defintely call Air Now. Their prices for a thermostat change were significantly lower than the competition.
I called when I noticed that my air conditioner had died. I got it fixed the same day. The lady was so nice and said if they had a cancellation, they would come that day which they did. I got a call from the technician saying he was on his way. He had everything he needed to fix the problem. He also found that I had a mold problem in the system. He also took care off that. He handled all the problems in one day and had the system up and running.
