Love these folks, we've been using them a couple years now after a neighbor's referral. This last visit we noticed our condenser unit was starting to get a little louder when it started up & decided to have them check it out.
Sent a service request form in on their site that evening, got a call the next day & they had someone out day after. Issue resolved, friendly tech who took the time to explain everything (options included), & they refused a tip even at my insistence.
I will definitely continue using Air Now!
Showed up earlier than expected. Bryce was professional and got the work done quickly and at the best price possible. The Receptionist who took my call was also friendly and open about diagnostic charges. Will use if I need help in the future and definitely recommend to anyone needing work done!
Air Now did a great job! They were punctual, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We were able to get our new HVAC system scheduled within a week of calling them for a quote. They were able to install both upstairs and downstairs in the same day. They are very professional!
