Aesthetic Essentials is the example of service, kindness, and knowledge. Amy and her team are incredibly knowledgeable. They treat their patients like friends. They educate and create customized plans to get ideal results within your budget. I love walking in the door to friendly faces who know my name. Being new to the area, I tried a couple aesthetics businesses. AE is the best of the best.
I have been to a couple estheticians/spas around Augusta and A/E has by far exceeded my expectations. Immediately when you walk in through the doors The front desk ladies are so welcoming! Their lobby has a lot of fun skin care items that I have never seen before so I will be doing my research on them And possibly giving them a go! I had gone into have a Botox consult with Amy. When she came into the room, she was so unbelievably kind and spent a lot of time talking with me about different options. I don’t write reviews often, but this one is deserved. Amy at Aesthetic Essentials is genuinely very, very good at what she does.
Her knowledge and skill level are obvious the minute you sit down with her. She takes her time, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell she’s not just going through the motions. She really understands what she’s doing.
The whole experience felt thoughtful and never rushed, which I really appreciated. And honestly, everyone there is just so nice. You feel very welcomed the moment you walk in!
