Zippy was excellent! At 6 PM when most people are getting off work, he showed up at our home to help us resolve the sewage issue that occurred. Matt clearly explained what was happening and explained to us our options Permanent fix versus a Band-Aid fix.

Matt was fantastic. I called Zippy in the afternoon. He called me back immediately, determined that my drain pipe leaking outdoors was not an emergency, and scheduled a service call the following morning. He showed up on time and scoped the entire sewer line twice, to be sure, and determined there was no blockage, break, or disconnection. He took his time explaining, and suggested next steps - for an unbelievably reasonable price. Great experience, great guy
