I stopped by the Express Spa at Atlanta Airport right after finishing six months of basic training and military schooling. They were completely booked when I first arrived, but the incredibly helpful hostess (Tip) asked me to wait just 20 minutes. I used the time to visit the MLK exhibit and the interfaith chapel, then came back right on time.
Even though another customer arrived wanting the exact same service, Tip made sure to accommodate both of us without making anyone feel rushed. Her service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful.
Just had the best experience at the terminal C Xpress Spa with Paris. Was in desperate need of a foot/calf massage and she was so so helpful and provided such a great massage! The massage chairs are such a great perk as well! Thank you Paris!

I came in for manicure, but there was not a nail tech for the day. I had so much time because of a long layover. I spoke with the associate at terminal D, Nova, and she gave me information on this awesome gravity chair they had and I took advantage of it. It felt so good and relaxing and she even turned off the lights and played music. I forgot I was in the airport for 30 minutes! I would love to recognize her for being so nice and accommodating. Thank you Nova!!!
