I badly sprained my ankle in mid-October (crutches, boot, the works). Saw Dr. Jess within a week of the injury and started regular software treatments. Within a week the swelling was dramatically reduced and I was out of the boot and walking. I’ve continued the treatment to the end of November and the recovery has been incredible. More people should be getting this treatment for injuries! 10 minutes once or twice a week has saved me. I’m so grateful to Dr. Jess and her team. Not only do they keep me headache free but they also got me back to walking way more quickly than anyone thought. Even the ortho doc was shocked!
I had been having shoulder issues off and on for about year, even after rotor cuff and bicep tendon surgery 3 years ago. I wasn’t able to do normal CrossFit movements, constantly modifying or just avoiding shoulder-heavy movements altogether. Then I tried Softwave therapy and after just 3 treatments I was back in the saddle. After 5-6 treatments I was able to knock out 20 muscle ups.
I highly recommend Softwave, it is well worth it, no matter what part of your body is giving you issues. Jess and the entire WAB team are the best.
