Walked in, showed them my pitiful sat-on glasses (fragile Harry Potter-type frames), and Allyson adjusted them perfectly and cleaned them beautifully without me even being a prior customer! Brilliant!
One of the screws on my glasses fell out (and I didn’t even get my glasses here), but the front desk staff were incredibly kind. The technician who fixed my glasses was very skilled and didn’t even charge me! Everyone else I interacted with was also super friendly. I’ll definitely come back here when I need new glasses :)
Ive had Warby Parker glasses for some years now. On my current 2 year old pair, my dog knocked them off my face and stepped on them and bent the nose wire frame out of shape pretty bad. I thought they were done for. I bring them in and the nice lady just fixes them good as new in a few minutes at no cost. Such amazing customer service
