Why do your Highlands employees park up and down Blue Ridge Avenue which is street parking for residents of that street when there is a parking deck attached to your business? There are at any given time a minimum of 10+ cars parked on our street all day that belong to either your employees or your customers. This is ridiculous that us as home owners have to park 2 streets over because you park outside our homes during your operating hours. Something needs to be done about this.

Tried calling three times the Avalon store and kept getting the call center. I asked to speak directly to the store they would disconnect me.
