First time visiting this location and the Howell Mill Mall which is so close to where I live. Great variety of selections from hair products to skin care, cologne and much more. Now I remember why Ulta used to be a regular go to place for me.
Sloan was such a help when I called the store to inquire about a lash removal product. She was very informative and provided amazing customer service. We need more young ladies/individuals like her working in the beauty sector. Ulta, she is a Gem!
The best thing about this location is the inventory. They usually have items in stock , that other stores are out of. Waited approximately 30min for curbside pick up today, and attempted to call with no answer. Upon entering the store, the cashier stated “I called someone, but nobody came.” Very disappointing. The curbside option should be removed if they’re unable to provide curbside service.
