I love Ulta but the customer service lately hasnt been the best. The girls are nice enough but i dont really ever get enough help. Sephora has been where its at lately, they eat everytime. Good product choices but not enough help fr.
We had a good time looking around. When we came in, we were greeted. All the employees seemed to be in the same place and having a meeting. We were later spoken to by another employee, so that was nice. We didn’t find what we were looking for but very organized and nice place.
Appointment was at 6:15pm for just a basic curl didn’t leave until like 8pm.
She had a client in the chair around the time I came in, but I was not in a rush. I will say if you have an extensions in your hair it is not $34 like stated on the site , stylist assigned told me because she charges more if it’s extensions because its little longer. It’s 55 didn’t know it because it was not stated on site options, but I went ahead and pay for it. She was able to keep the pin in, but I had to bring them in myself. All in all ok good service.
