Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services for overall wellness. The staff is friendly, and some therapists, like Marcus, have received high praise for their effective techniques. The membership program allows credits to accrue and be gifted to others, making it a convenient and relaxing experience for many clients.
Customers have reported positive outcomes, with one stating that the "customer service and care is immaculate" and that the therapist had a "great level of pressure to help release all the tension." Another customer mentioned visiting the Ponce location but was glad they came to this location, as the therapist, Marcus, provided the "best massage" they had in a long time. One client shared that Marcus gave an excellent massage, focusing on muscles they had never felt before, and strongly recommended choosing Marcus for future visits.
The manager here, Monique, is one of the kindest people and was very helpful when a sudden medical condition arose. She was super sweet and accommodating. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive. They work to ensure clients are comfortable, even when running late. One customer appreciated how the staff quickly helped with forms to maximize session time, and the masseuse Desmand gave extra attention to tension in the back from a previous car accident. Clients leave feeling relief and rejuvenated after their sessions.
Five stars! Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing massage given by Marcus. I felt refreshed and much less tense afterward. Would absolutely recommend.
The downside is having a rude lady come in the sitting room on speaker phone talking very loud. No consideration of the business, where tranquility and calmness flows.
Amazing experience! Upon arrival the front desk staff greeted me with a warm and professional greeting and shout out to Marcus! Thank you so much for being attentive and focusing on all my troubled areas. I could truly feel a difference the next day!!
Nahirs provided an exceptional experience for my daughter Malun. I gave her a credit, and she expressed that it was one of the best facials she has received since visiting Massage Envy.
