I can’t say enough good things about uBreakiFix by Asurion at Emory Point. This was my second time coming here for a repair, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing.
The service was quick, professional, and handled with real care. The technician who helped me—brown-skinned with dreads—was incredibly accommodating, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of without rushing or cutting corners. I went to the store with 2 requests; - to replace my flip phone screen protector, and - to try to retrieve texts messages from my deceased husband of a blank screen of a 10 yr old moisture damaged phone.
Sorden couldn't be better. He addressed both issues in a very professional way. He explained very clear what he could do and he went the extra mile to make a solution in a creative and very effective way to solve problems with my no so perfect flip phone.
