Great system in theory but not practical. When ever anything is needed it is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. Customer service unfortunately is abysmal.

Excellent workplace culture. Handled COVID-19 issues really well while still helping customers. Perfect mix of remote/in-office work and the product is loved by customers, which always makes it fun to work at Top of Mind.
