My hairstylist for the twist updo I wanted, was Bianca. She was very knowledgeable about natural hair care and maintenance. She was also very nice and personable. She was very gentle with my hair and I could tell she really cared about it being done right. I will absolutely be back to this salon again.
Despite not having an appointment, from the front desk welcome to my stylest Bianca doing a wonderful job with my twistout I couldn't be happier with the service I received. As such I returned the next week for a 2-strand twist install (this time I made the appointment) and enjoyed the same level of service. Thank you Texture Salon!
I had a curl defining service with hydration and a trim with Jonte who was professional and friendly. She was transparent about the process and the products used and made recommendations so I can keep my look. I have a tight 4c pattern and am interested in learning how to rock my natural look. Jonte shared a lot of educational infirmation. I will definitely be back for maintenance and I LOVE that I was able to be seen at 8am with the rest of my day ahead of me!
