I had a good experience with the Tile Shop. Tavin, who helped me, was prompt in followup and brought in someone more experienced when that was needed. He went above and beyond in locating a different tile I was also interested in and followed up to see how I was feeling about my purchase. Tile Shop’s selection and design help is also superior to the larger stores.

I really enjoyed working with Nicole on my last two projects. One of them was a flip that needed tile for the entire home and she helped me pick out everything while keeping the price very reasonable. The second project was for my personal home and she was fantastic with her suggestions and letting me take home samples (and changing my mind multiple times). We finally found the perfect foyer powder room tile combinations that I am very excited about. The quality they have at The Tile Shop is the best in Atlanta.
