I had a disappointing experience working with this location in tiles specifically with the sales representative Brittany. Unfortunately, her design work lacked proper scale and sophistication and came across as very basic and underdeveloped. She did not demonstrate a strong grasp of the design industry, particularly when it comes to historic, classical, or high-end design principles.
Several of the products she recommended were simply not appropriate for the space or the level of finish required, and there was a clear disconnect between the design intent and practical application.
