The fact they closed down after a year and a half signifies the level of low quality they represented, and karma. They treated their disabled employees sub par, and the services were simply over rated chop-shop bs, which you can recieve at any less than average salon. The polishes were always thick and low to the bottom of the bottles as well.

I threw a small birthday get together of a few moms to get our nails done and we had an absolutely wonderful time!! The team at the Ten Spot was so accommodating, kind, helpful and really really good at what they do! They let us bring in our own snacks, wine and flowers, which was just amazing. If we'd had a bigger group I would've used their services to bring in vendors to do the wine and charcuterie snacks for us, which is awesome that they offer this as a service. Love the Ten Spot and would trust them with any service, based on my experience! The staff are nice and experts at what they do, and the salon is clean and relaxing! I come about once a month for a wax, so I bought their x.club membership which is well worth the price ($45/mo) since it saves me ~$20 per wax! I've booked with Takoyia and Eboni and they are both great estheticians. They've made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the wax, and I always leave feeling confident :) Highly recommend this salon to everyone in the area looking for anything beauty-related.

The place is cute and quaint however my manicure was overpriced and sub-par. I was billed 38.00 USD for a manicure which is ridiculous, based on my experience, unless the services experience you provide is high quality. Unfortunately, the quality of service and experience don't match the price point. In addition. I wasn't impressed and probably won't return. I still left a tip because the manicurist was pleasant.

The manager was the rudest person I think I've ever met. My mother was in town visiting and I scheduled manicures and pedicures for the both of us. After my mother sat for 15 minutes with her feet soaking in water she was told that they wouldn't be able to give her a pedicure because she had gel polish and they didn't have time to do the gel removal. I wasn't happy with my manicure and so I decided to cancel the pedicure. I was told by the rude manager that I would still have to pay for a pedicure because that's the appointment that was scheduled. Anyways the place is very clean but now they need to learn how to do nails.

I found this spa while searching on Google and I'm so glad I did! This black owned spa is so cute, right in the city and they're so welcoming. I wanted a quick self care date with some of my friends for my birthday, and it was just what we needed. The staff/estheticians were so nice and fun to be around, and the manager Krystin (I hoped I spelled it correctly!) had been very accommodating to my needs for such a last minute booking. My only complaint was that I had to leave and couldn't stay longer! Thank you again for the experience, and I will definitely be back!Services: Waxing

Amazing amazing amazingggggg! Everything about The Ten Spot is a TEN! This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe. It's clean, bright, and welcoming. Eboni did my Brazilian wax and I couldn't be happier. She took time to explain things to me, answer my questions, and make me comfortable. The whole process was quick and not nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I will definitely return and I'm interested in trying out other services.

I've been going to high end nail salons in New York for years, and Ten Spot in Atlanta was better than all of them! I got a pedicure from Raven who took great care to pamper my feet and make sure my polish was flawless. Ebony did the toe wax, which I've never had before, but it was the perfect finishing touch.The salon itself is bright, beautiful, and clean. They take COVID precautions seriously, even as mask mandates elsewhere are falling by the wayside. I really appreciated the care and pride the staff clearly take in providing a wonderful experience all around for their clients.I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!Service: Pedicures
