Great location, the units have the potential of being nice and probably were at one point; however, they are in rough shape. The plumbing was my biggest problem. You know how you get that blast of scalding water when you’re in the shower and someone flushes a toilet? That… about every other time. The front draw gate was broken so anyone could walk in. Residents and “guests” sat outside in their cars blaring music and bass that shook the whole complex late at night…

I would recommend The Prato at Midtown. Ms.Clark is so nice and patient. Seems like she takes pride in her job because I always see her walking the community. If you are looking come here and ask for Sherry Clarke she will make sure you are happy.
I would like to start by saying that no apartment is perfect, but a complex that strives to aim for perfection is everything. I have been living at the Prato at Midtown since November of 2024 and I must say my experience has been nothing short of amazing. While things may have occurred, as it would happen in any complex, the staff at this apartment complex have gone through hoops and hills to make sure my living and issues are accommodated. I would love to share my first encounter with the staff that made me sign my lease on the spot.
