New patient here!! And I love it here. They are all so nice and genuine. The southern hospitality did NOT miss this clinic. Ms. Lawanna Davis-Perry is a gem! So sweet and has that motherly sweetness about herself. Made me so comfy and at home. Thank you guys so much!
Callie is top notch. My husband sees Candice and loves her. Still, I hate that Dr. Kaufmann sold this practice, although I do not blame him. Big companies buying up these practices and insurance companies have turned healthcare into billing and we'll see. I've been going to Dr. K since 1997 and I am trying to figure out how to self pay and see MY Bobby. If it wasn't for Caroline, I would switch today. The service saddens me. I used to not care about a wait and the Kaufmann Clinic could do no wrong, even if I wasn't happy, because they cared, but NOW, I feel like I'm only as good as what my billables are. The Kaufmann Clinic is very popular and busy.
I see The PA ( Candace Wooten , PA )who always greets you with a smile and hands on / she has good bed side manners ; Always willing to listen to the patients complaints.
Her recommendations and medical diagnoses are always on point .
