I've been meaning to leave my opinion for years now. The salon came to DC in 2012 and I paid my deposit but I told the lady in charge of scheduling that my mother was at the end of her life and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to come and I needed to ensure that I wouldn't forfeit my deposit should things with my mother not allow me to attend my appointment that there wouldn't be any issues as I was already in an unpaid leave status . Unfortunately things with my mom were super critical and I had to cancel, there wasn't any nasty attitude or drama; my monies were returned to me that week.
