Constant smiling face from Keith at the check in window. Even the other doctors that’s in the office that I wasn’t working with were always in great spirits. Dr. Ellen Rull patience and professionalism kept me confident throughout the whole process. I’d recommend this office to anyone who may be interested in starting physical therapy!

I initially began treatment with Dr. Perez as my chiropractor, and the experience was exceptional from the start. He was highly skilled in relieving tension and pressure throughout my body through adjustments, and each visit left me feeling incredibly relieved and restored. I genuinely looked forward to every appointment. My insurance also provided an at-home muscle stimulator following my chiropractic treatments, which has been an additional benefit in supporting my recovery.
After completing my chiropractic visits, I transitioned into physical therapy with Ellen. From my initial evaluation, it was clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to her patients’ progress. The exercises and treatment plan she recommended for my lumbar injuries played a significant role in restoring my range of motion and supporting my healing journey.
Although I am saddened to have completed my visits, I will truly miss this amazing team. If you are ever in need of care for an injury, I highly recommend the Atlanta Spine Center and encourage you to see Dr. Perez and Ellen for outstanding care and support.

i had an amazing experience. i was hesitant and nervous about starting this process after my accident, but it was well worth it. every time I was scheduled to come in I was greeted by Keith and Chris at the front desk with the brightest smiles and warmest energy. they really care about your well being. for a few months i was seeing Dr. Vargas, who was my chiropractor. he is kind, honest and real. I also got the privilege of working with Dr. Perez when Dr. Vargas was out of town and he took care of me as well. I came in with extreme pain one day and Dr. Perez was super gentle, taking his time and providing the upmost care. after my few months with the chiropractors I was moved over to physical therapy with Dr. Ellen where we worked on getting me back on my feet and moving comfortably. she always made sure every exercise was beneficial and comfortable. she made sure to explain everything I was doing and why she was having me do it. i was hesitant to get the injections i needed and she never pushed me to do them, only gave her professional opinion which i appreciated. i ended up getting the injections and with all things combined i feel great. i am walking away with a lot of knowledge on how to take care of myself should my pain resurface. i appreciate all of the care i was provided and recommend them 1000%!

I appreciate the care of Ellen and Dr. Perez for each of my visits. The receptionists Chris and Keith are friendly along with Dr. Vargas as well. The chiro and pt were top tier and focused on getting me back 100%. Thanks ASC!

They are trying to kill me, but I love every minute of it. The chiropractor throws me around like a ragdoll, and I always feel better afterwards and the physical therapist here is wonderful.

Dr. Ellen was amazing!! I came in feeling really defeated due to my lack of strength and mobility from my accident, but she got me back to full function in less than 2-3 months. She’s super thorough and answered all of my questions. I don’t have the best memory, so she was kind enough to take pictures of the exercises so I can do it at home. Definitely would recommend her!
