My family has used the Ark for all our pets’ needs for over 13 years. While we miss the former doctors and staff and the current staff and management are new to us now, I found them very personable and accommodating. The tech support and doctors are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Thank you for taking good care of our pets past and present.

I always get the appointment day/time I choose. Never have to wait. Friendly staff. Services or problem areas are explained in detail. I feel like they appreciate my business and treat my dog well.

I brought my cat here to get a wellness check up, this staff was beyond amazing!!!! He has returned to normal. Everyone was so pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about my Diego. We will be returning with little brother Shadow very soon for an exam also!
