Disappointed in the quality of the closure I purchased last week. There is nothing curly about it. Barely a wave. Will not be purchasing in the future nor recommending this company to anyone.

Absolute worst hair ever. It sheds everywhere! Clumps and clumps of hair everywhere! Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst person to do business with. You can never get your money back.

They have great hair EXCEPT for their Indian Structured Wave jet black hair. Please do not buy it. I spent $375 on hair plus a $225 install and I wasted my money. The hair does not stay wavy. It looks great in the store but if you put water on it or wash it, it goes straight. You have to doctor it every day to make it wavy. I reached out to the store because I had a photo shoot that day and needed immediate assistance. I was eventually offered the option to drive to Douglasville to help get it fixed. I drove 1.5 hours from Buckhead to Douglasville where I was helped at their second location so that it could look good enough for my photo shoot. The waves were gone the next day. I reached out again days later. I went above and beyond to make this hair work. The owner replied to me about texture and the freedom to pick our own bundles. They also offered for me to come back in and buy more hair and they would give me a discount. The owner never replied with the actual discount. Even if he did, I don’t think it’s good practice for someone to pay for something, not get what they paid for and then still be asked to come back and spend more money. I’m not saying don’t shop here, because I’ve had good experiences in the past. I’m simply saying please do not buy this specific hair. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased.

Avoid this place at all cost! This is a place you will get poor customer service , rude attitude and the location is not clean as you would expect specially where you're purchasing hair from. The "owner" is immature and unprofessional. There are other places with a much better experience and better quality of hair with less shedding. I do not recommend! Shop at your own risk

The best hair I've ever purchased. No hair left on the bathroom floor after brushing. I've been buying hair from Temple since 2019 never a problem. 10/10
