I loved the modern, luxurious feel of the salon. I especially appreciated the pre-appointment form that gathered details about my service—it allowed my stylist Brianna to be fully prepared and made for a seamless, efficient visit.
Everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The free garage parking next door was an added bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10 recommend!
This was my first visit to Swella and it did not disappoint!! Erin was my Braider and she did a phenomenal job!!. I appreciate the salon because they truly believe in hair care. Erin had braided the first two rows of my hair and I had no clue because she did not braid tight at all, that’s how gentle she was. Erin was meticulous with her parts and braiding. I usually don’t like knotless braids because the top of my hair is thinning slightly but Erin braided the hair in a way that I can’t even tell that I have a thinning area. I will definitely be going back!
I had a great experience with Takayla at Swella! She was super friendly, professional, and worked really fast without sacrificing quality. My braids came out neat and exactly how I wanted them. The salon was also very clean and welcoming, which made the appointment even better. The pricing was definitely a plus too — very reasonable for the service provided. I’ll absolutely be booking with Takayla again!
