I had such a great experience at Swella from beginning to end. The booking process was each and transparent. Communication before the appointment was timely and detailed. Check in was easy. And Tyteanna is THE BEST! She is thoughtful, checked in with me often, and is friendly and professional. She ch a great all around experience!!
Had my 1st visit to Swella for Boho cornrows with Brianna (sp?) this morning and it was great! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, we started on time and finished much earlier than expected. The style is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was as advertised. I don't get braids often but I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Tyteanna was incredible! She gave me exactly what I was looking for! An excellent install of French braids and worked with the 4 bundles I brought (when normally it’s 6). She was so funny and the install went by fast because she was great to talk to. Would HIGHLY recommend!
