First, Karmen’s website stood out to me because of its easy to follow/understand/book process. She also called me to make sure we were on the same page about hair and style, which I appreciated. She really has a heart for helping black women learn and understand hair care. She is also the first stylist I’ve had that had me walking away understanding my hair a bit more, in addition to a great styles . She’s in transition right now so there was some adjustments to the locale of service but in my opinion, it added to the overall experience of service.
