I couldn't possibly be happier with or more impressed by the professionalism, customer service, and expertise of Ben and his team at Southern Chimneys. When the installation of a new fireplace got more complicated when they were almost completely finished, instead of taking a shortcut that I would've never known about, they let me know the additional work that was needed, called in two more team members to do the additional masonry and other work, and stayed nearly four more hours to get it done right. Southern Chimney did an excellent job thoroughly inspecting and sweeping my chimney and recommending repairs as a pre-requisite to installing gas logs. They have swept my chimney in the past as well and have always been very professional and honest.
