I purchased 3 bundles of the Brazilian Wave (2 x 14” and 1 additional bundle) from Snob Life, expecting premium quality based on the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, the hair didn’t live up to expectations.
• 1st install (May 23): My stylist installed the hair with zero heat or manipulation—I kept it in its natural state.
• First wash: 10 days later, the bundles lost their texture significantly. It felt like the life of the hair was already fading.
• 2nd install (1 month later): Even after a professional wash and condition, the hair did not revert to the original body wave pattern. My stylist was surprised too. See photo for reference.

I’ve ordered snob hair a couple of times before in the past and had a positive experience so when looking for my next installment of hair after going back and forth between a few different brands I decided to go with snob again. This must have been a bad pack because this hair I received is almost acting as if it’s a synthetic blend! I mean it’s really giving pack Yaky hair! I have to constantly brush and comb or it remains stiff and matted. I purchased 3 bundles of Brazilian wavy hair, spending $400 and I’ve washed and conditioned this hair 2x used products I always use that typically work for my bundles and it is still dry and tangles and mattes up constantly....read full review

Worst service ever! Placed an order a week ago no product, shipping label has not even been created. I contacted company and the reply was next day stating they would ship 2 day for inconvenience. 3 days later, no product or shipping label created. Same state, 15 miles away. Sent another email. No response. Very unprofessional.
