    The consultation was really awesome. Stephen really helped me see, in spite of my diagnosis with fibromyalgia, i definitely can move forward with weight loss and managing pain without medication all the time.

    When I started, I weighed 224 lbs. I am currently at 215 lbs. I absolutely love Stephen’s coaching style. If he hasn’t seen activity, he will message me and ask how I’m doing. That means more to me than all the coaching tips in the world. Here is the creme de la creme: due to the change in diet and evening stretches my pain level has decreased. That is his main priority for SK Fitness. The program helps me relax, unleash the stress of the day, reduces my pain and prepares me for a good night’s sleep. I would recommend SK Fitness for anyone dealing with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. I would go even as far as recommending Stephen for senior citizens because the stretches can be altered for anyone. Last, I recommend Stephen to any sufferer b/c he has skin in the game. Thank you, Stephen, for taking such good care of us!

    Stephen is passionate about helping people with chronic pain and health issues. I have food sensitivities that I have been trying to figure out for years that Stephen knew the answer to right away. He’s very knowledgeable and His motivation has always been a great way to get you to understand what it takes to get healthy. His approach is the most effective way at achieving overall wellness.     I have been following Stephen Kites plan for 4 weeks now and I couldn't be happier! Not only does Stephen have a plan that works for people with limited abilities, he has answered within a half hour every time I have had a question. He truly has done his research. I thought I was eating healthy until I started following his nutritionally balanced diet. The information he shares freely is worth the price of his plan.     The exercise guide is well organized and easy to follow on the 30 day plan. I especially love the vegan and pescatarian recipes, they are absolutely amazing and very cost affordable.I needed the extra motivation to keep me going so the motivational podcast was right on point, I lost 40lbs in a month with SK Fitness Training.Thank you so much!
