This place is my go-to for dry cleaning in the Virginia-Highlands area. I have been using them for over a year. I have brought in a variety of clothing items with various stains (including wine & oil) and they all come back looking perfect. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. They have excellent service and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend them!

EDIT: Steve called me and asked if he could redo my dress. I appreciate them reaching out to fix it. They were able to get the oil spots out. They are very friendly and I appreciate the customer service.
Disappointed with the service. I left my formal dress here to get dry cleaned and the one small spot was never cleaned (they even put a sticker on it to note there’s a stain) and there’s two additional oil spots on the front. It came back worse than when I dropped it off.

I brought in a pretty intricate dress, and they did an amazing job! The attention to detail was excellent, and my dress came back looking perfect. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, and the service is really friendly. I’ll definitely be bringing more of my clothes here!! Highly recommend!
