This was my first time visiting the salon. My appointment was at 2 pm. There was about a 10-15 min wait which is phenomenal for a salon. I showed Shanelle a picture of what I wanted and she was able to deliver. She was extremely professional and accommodating. I have been to three natural salons and this one is my favorite. Nestled in the new salon lofts in Miami Circle, it is a little gem worth patronizing. I will certainly be back. Thank you, Shanelle, for giving me just what I wanted!
