The install was a complete furnace and AC unit. From the estimate to the install everything was done as promised and timely. There was initially some confusion regarding my thermostat but that was resolved and taken care of. Update 11/18/22 Chris is great! He's been here before and is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose an issue we've had and is working to resolve it 11/28 Chris is still great they are still finding issues and resolving them as quickly as possible. 5/9/23 Bill and his son came to move a gas line for a new stove. RS Andrews did an excellent job and helped improve my air quality with an ultraviolet light in the downstairs furnace. I had previously had one installed upstairs and after 8 years, no mold. but after seeing the mold that accumulated downstairs RS Andrews Installed an ultraviolet light in that furnace system. Well worth the investment!
Devonte Lucas was the HVAC Professional assigned to perform my AC maintenance. He arrive within the window and proceeded to work right away. Performed all of the required checks and he answered my questions. After everything was completed he reminded me to call, if I had any problems. Mr. Lucas was very professional.
