Went in for very simple fixes to glue insole back in. Got glue all over the leather and suede. Very frustrating with such a simple thing to fix.

Apparently a blind one armed cobbler resoled my shoes . Poor quality workmanship lacking any pride in a profession .

I went to glue a sandal and when he glue it he cut a piece and now is completely ruined. Can’t wear it. I also took another pair of shoes and he didn’t do a good job. I tried to give it a chance but the job is really sloppy.

Incredible service at more than fair pricing. He refurbished my favorite 20+ yr old shoes that needed serious help. They look great and he charged me next to nothing. He'll continue to get my business as long as I'm still wearing shoes

I have been coming to this store for 3+ years. The owner does good work, but is very moody and always acts as if you are bothering him when he has to stop and provide customer service. I came to pick up my shoes and he was being rude and disrespectful to the woman ahead of me. When he went to get my shoes, I noticed that he had been careless when adding black polish to heel of my black and white shoes. There was a considerable amount of polish on the white portion. When I asked him to clean the shoe, he began yelling and speaking in his native language. Since it was aggressive in tone, I assumed he was cursing. I told him to speak in English since I had no idea as to what he was saying. He must have assumed I wanted a refund, because that’s what the women in front of me asked for. I calmly explained that I did not want a refund because he had indeed replaced the heel. I simply wanted him to clean the black polish off the white part of my shoe (s). He cleaned the shoes, but continued to speak negatively in his language while I waited. I would advise you to find a different cobbler because although he does decent work, it in no way makes up for his lack of professionalism and outright rude behavior! He won’t be getting anymore of my business!
