Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The communication is beyond horrible. It’s has been over 3 months since I’ve heard from my case workers. I have called multiple times a week emailed multiple times a week and no reply And when you call the receptionist, they say that they are going to send an urgent message and you should receive a call within 24 to 48 hours. This has been a long 24 to 48 hours of my life.
Update: I was able to get my issue resolved quickly and I appreciate the urgency in this matter
When I was seeking representation I was going in circles wondering if I should go with a black law firm or not but immediately after speaking with Mr. David Simmons, I think he’s in the client concierge department and they surely have the right person because he made me feel comfortable and not just a number. I appreciate that kind of person and service. I would definitely recommend Attorney Robert James and his awesome team who always answered my questions in a timely manner. I’m sure I got on yall nerves but I appreciate each and every one of you!
