Due a glitch with Microsoft authentication I was completely locked out of company emails, etc. Ripple agent jumped on it immediately and went through the process of reregistering my PC to regain access.
My company has worked with Ripple for the last 15 years and they’ve helped us scale and evolve our technology at each stage of our growth. They’re seamlessly integrated into our team and their human-centered approach is such a breath of fresh air.
