I first went in for a routine oil change in April 2025. As part of the service, they conducted a multi-point inspection and said everything looked good. Great. Fast-forward to June, I was planning a trip to Oklahoma and wanted a more thorough inspection--especially since my car had just passed 200,000 miles. I booked with a different service advisor (nothing against the one I had in April--he just didn't have availability when I needed it). Now, I'm the kind of customer who books online but likes to go over the appointment in person to make sure the advisor documents exactly what I need the technician to look at. Sierra that assists with the loaner card is amazing. She is kind with everyone. She tries very hard to keep her customers happy. Thank goodness for her, she definitely keeps the ratings up!
