    I first went in for a routine oil change in April 2025. As part of the service, they conducted a multi-point inspection and said everything looked good. Great. Fast-forward to June, I was planning a trip to Oklahoma and wanted a more thorough inspection--especially since my car had just passed 200,000 miles. I booked with a different service advisor (nothing against the one I had in April--he just didn't have availability when I needed it). Now, I'm the kind of customer who books online but likes to go over the appointment in person to make sure the advisor documents exactly what I need the technician to look at. They did the inspection and only recommended a transmission service. Cool. No big deal. But then in July--after NOT going on my trip--I suddenly get a dashboard alert about low engine oil pressure. This is one month after the supposedly clean bill of health. I bring the car back in. Here's where it gets sketchy. I had an appointment, but my service advisor was "busy." Another advisor comes over, I explain everything to him, and then--miraculously--my original advisor is suddenly available again. Waste of time and breath. They keep my car for two days. Then come back with a laundry list of issues: Engine gasket leak Brake fluid issues Dirty air cleaner and cabin filter Three tires in the yellow, one in the red All this... a month after it supposedly passed inspection? I brought this up with the same advisor and his response was, "Well, these things happen." Are you serious? Barely drove it since the last visit, and now you're telling me it's practically falling apart? And let's talk about pricing: $249 just to look at it again, when I already paid for the same thing last month. And now they want nearly $4,500 for repairs--but oh, if I agree to the work, they'll deduct the $249. Yeah, no. That's not a deal--that's a shakedown. This place is a textbook example of price gouging. I ended up taking my car to a reputable mom-and-pop shop that did nearly everything they listed--for a fraction of the price. I was really hoping to find a trustworthy dealership after moving to this area, but unfortunately, Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta isn't it. The inconsistency, the upcharging, and the poor communication are enough for me to say: Never again.

    I purchased my car from this dealership. Bad idea!!!! Once they agreed on paper, the terms of my 2024 Bronco Sport, they changed the terms and scribbled some numbers out of the sky and expected me to agree to them. The sales person (female) did not stand by me, but by the so called sales manager (man) who showed up at the end and had no idea what was agreed too. I will not return to this dealership for a purchase, ever!

    The entire experience was amazing!!! What a great team, Thank you to Ali and Aersh(spelling?). As a family we love our Expedition . I highly recommend this dealership, they All Rock!!!!

    STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I took my car in because of a rattling noise coming from the front end. After keeping my car for 10 days the service guy, Antonio told the sway bar links needed to be replaced which would cost $850. I was a little suspicious so I refused the repair. He would not release my car unless I paid him $228 inspection fee. I took my car to a nearby tire shop. They lifted the car and showed me that there was nothing wrong with the sway bar links and all it needed was tightening a bolt! Hennessy Ford was going to charge me $850 to tighten a bolt. By the way Antonio said the cabin filter needed to be replace. I had put in a cabin filter myself about two months ago. He wanted to replace and charge me for a completely clean cabin filter. Later I called the and left a message for the service manager to discuss this awkward situation. He never returned my call.

    Sierra that assists with the loaner card is amazing. She is kind with everyone. She tries very hard to keep her customers happy. Thank goodness for her, she definitely keeps the ratings up!

    just purchased the 2025 Lincoln Aviator Reserv, a dream of a car! Crista McCullen was my salesperson. She made it easy, transparent and painless. I highly recommend her and the Aviato.

    Unfortunately I am forced to yet again leave a negative review of this service location. I brought my car in for a recall and lights on the dash. My appointment was the first of the day last Tuesday, 7 AM. By Wednesday my husband's car actually broke down (horrible luck) and I called on Thursday to explain the situation and see how quickly I could get my car back. My service advisor knew we had to miss work due to no vehicle. Friday comes and he did not call me at the stated time. When I finally get him, he says they are still working on my car and I would have to see if it was ready Saturday. No contact from my service advisor and I speak with him at 11 on Saturday saying he will call me back by 1. No call then either, I leave a message and he calls at 2 to say no loaners and still not done. It's now Monday, I've left 2 messages, as well as my husband, and NO ONE has reached out at all to update us or simply return our calls. This customer service is unbelievable! After my previous bad experience I was reluctant to go back but thought enough time had passed that we surely wouldn't have problems again. I was wrong. I just want my car back at this point. It would be laughable if I was not stranded without transportation or communication for days on end. At NO POINT in this whole process has Hennessy Ford initiated any contact with me, baring the late Saturday call. They have had my car for a WEEK tomorrow and not once called me to give any updates at any point. I am beyond frustrated but just NEED MY CAR BACK!

    Brought my Lincoln MKC in for service. Had a little issue with communication and when the service was completed. They 100%. Made it up to me by taking care of all the issues and picking it up and dropping it off. I am a happy customer!

    Crista is the best! Whenever I buy a car I always go to her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable and thorough about all of the vehicles!
