Customers describe Pure Home as great to work with, professional, and courteous. The team did a great job and left homes clean. For a kitchen renovation, Pure Home knocked down a load-bearing wall to open up the space, and the whole project was completed in just 12 days. Communication was excellent, with an ongoing group chat, and tons of options were given for sinks, handles, faucets, and other fixtures. The finished kitchen is beautiful, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
For mold remediation, the team stopped at nothing to make sure customers were satisfied. Communication was stellar, the team communicated every day and showed up within the window of time provided. The job was completed in 3 days, and the workspace was left cleaner than it was found. A concern brought up on a Saturday had someone at the house within an hour to address it. Pure Home also remodeled a kitchen and pantry, and customers were pleased with how everything turned out. When a sudden discovery of nasty water leakage led to mold hidden under cabinetry, Pure Home came to the rescue. The speed with which the job was done around the Christmas holidays was amazing. Now there is beautiful cabinetry and flooring, and the diligence in making sure customers are happy with the product has been appreciated.
PureHome came out to our home nearly immediately and was able to assist us with our problem in our basement. Communication was clear and Troy was extremely responsive and apt to find a genuine solution and propose remedy and prevention. Victor was out the day after we scheduled to take care of our problem and was very helpful and provided top notch service. I would highly recommend PureHome for issues with mold removal/prevention and will be use them again if needed in the future.
Pure Home was great to work with. Everyone from Chuck, our rep, to Victor (project mgr) to the guys who actually did the work. Everyone was professional and courteous. The guys did a great job and left our home clean. I highly recommend PueHome.
We hired Pure Home Renovations for our kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results! They knocked down a load-bearing wall to open up the space, and the whole project — including that structural work — was completed in just 12 days.
Communication was excellent throughout: they were very responsive and kept an ongoing group chat so we always knew what was happening. They also gave us tons of options to choose from for sinks, handles, faucets, and other fixtures, which made it easy to get exactly the look we wanted.
The finished kitchen is beautiful, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Pure Home Renovations to anyone… read full review
